This is a project I worked on whilst in my first year at AIE Online Campus. I made it with Graham Johnston (Programmer) and John Jenkins (Artist).
From a design perspective, I wanted this project to allow me to challenge myself with level design, mechanics, and economy systems.
I aimed to achieve a digestible variety of mechanics that provided unique and valuable game play experiences, allowing the player to feel they really had a role in the success, or failure, of their attempt. Level design aimed to compliment this, executing adjustments to each level that followed a theme for their respective group, as well as scaling difficulty in a way that called to players desire for success.
No coding or asset creation was done by me, however all level design, construction, balancing, and tweaking, as well as mechanic design and balancing was part of my design role.
